Standard cleaning covers regular maintenance: all floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchens. Deep cleaning goes further — it includes inside reachable cabinets and appliances, detailed tile and grout work, skirting, and descaling for a full reset.

Yes — we can provide everything needed for the clean using our eco-friendly, professional-grade products and tools. Alternatively, if you prefer us to use your own products, just let us know during booking — we’re happy to work with your preferred supplies.

No, it’s not necessary. Many of our clients provide secure key or code access, and our vetted teams handle the job professionally while you’re away.

That depends on the size of your property and the type of clean. For a one-bedroom flat, a standard clean typically takes 2–3 hours; for larger homes or deep cleans, 4–6 hours or more. You’ll receive an estimated time when booking.

Yes. We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly visits. Regular clients get priority scheduling and discounted rates.

All bookings are prepaid securely online via Stripe or PayPal. Card details are required to secure your booking.

No money is taken upfront — payment is only processed after your clean is completed.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking for full credit or a free reschedule. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% to cover staff scheduling
